FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN
Providing high quality care is the goal of our practice. To help you begin recommended treatment immediately, our practice offers different payment methods such credit cards payments, personal checks, flexible payment plans using the Care Credit Card, Citi Health Card and Dental Insurance.
DENTAL INSURANCE
Dental Insurance is designed to pay for a portion of basic services. Insurance benefits typically won't cover optimum dental care, and dental plans rarely cover 100% of any dental fee.
The least expensive treatment may not be the most durable, beneficial treatment choice. Generally, you will save money in the long run by opting for higher quality treatment, as better quality materials last longer and offer better appearance and improved performance.
If you have an indemnity plan, you are likely familiar with the term "usual, customary and reasonable" (UCR). Insurance companies base benefits on these fees, which may not accurately represent actual dental fees. There may even be arbitrary fees set by insurance companies.
It is not only important to check your childs teeth but also the size and growth of their jaw arches and jaw bones. Additionally you must check their airways, abnormal chewing habits and body posture; doing so can avoid future complications such as misaligned teeth, breathing issues, headaches and Temporomandibular Joint problems.
"Thumb sucking is a natural reflex for babies. If this habit continues long-term it can lead to several problems such as a "bad bite" due to narrowing of the maxillary arch and the nasal aperture leading to partial obstruction of the airway. Please help your child end the thumb sucking habit by 2 years of age."
