
Dr. Maria C. Torres has been practicing dentistry since 1985. She began her career after graduating from the Javeriana University in Bogota, Colombia in 1985. Upon coming to the USA, she authenticated her degree in dentistry at New York University. She graduated in 1990 and got licensed in 1991. Dr. Torres opened her first private practice in 1991 where she practiced until 1997. In 1997 Dr. Torres relocated to a new, beautifully renovated office in the heart of Jackson Heights; this office is currently equipped with the most advanced technologies.
Dr. Torres received an award in 2009 from the Dental Society of Queens for obtaining over 1500 hours of continued education.
